    Production time: 2- 5 business days.

    Once your purchase is complete, kindly provide the names for personalisation. Please specify the exact wording, desired colour, and the corresponding font number from the listing.

    Shipping

    Postage time: 2 to 4 days for postage for Queensland customers and 3 to 6 days if you live in other parts of Australia.

    Alternatively, local customers can opt for pickup from Lawnton, 4501. After placing your order, we will provide further instructions for pickup.

    If in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
